A: You can find all tested swipe emails, banners, social media posts, etc in the Gut Thrive Affiliate Portal a few weeks before launch under Creatives. If there is something specific you need to help promote Gut Thrive in 5™, let us know — we will make sure to get it over to you.
Q: My readers have a questions for the Customer Service Team at Gut Thrive in 5
– who do I refer them to?
A: The sales page has many details and FAQs about the program itself but if they have more specific questions for our Customer Service team, please send them to support@gutthrive.com.
Q: When will I get paid commissions on sales?
A: Commissions will be paid out at 100%, 60 days after the user registers for the program to all for refunds to be fully processed. Commissions will be paid via check.
Q: What is the commission structure?
A: You’ll earn 30% commissions on the Gut Thrive program at the price in which it is sold. For all of you super affiliates, we also have a 2nd tier system in place for you. When you recommend us to your affiliates, any sales that they make, you’ll receive 10% commissions on those as well.
Q: How does your cookie system work when people opt-in? Will I always get credit for the names I refer, if they purchase a product?
A: Our cookies expire after 365 days. Your viewers will be tagged to you for an entire year once they are opted-in.
Q: Is there a way to see the stats backend for the links I have promoted?
A: Yes, login to our affiliate system HERE. Click on the REPORTS tab and select the SALES SUMMARY report to see total sales and commissions earned.
Q: What is your refund policy and how does that affect my commissions?
A: If one of your referrals has been refunded, your commission will adjusted on your Sales Summary report. Affiliates are not paid out on referrals that have been refunded. Our refund policy for the Gut Thrive Program is 30 days.
